Reflection Web Series

Reflection

An NTLP Web Series

All Sessions are $149 Per Student

Our online program will be facilitated in real-time. Participants will occasionally receive videos/information to supplement content and weekly assignments. They will meet with a facilitator every week for 60 to 75 minutes for a live, guided discussion on their weekly assignment and curriculum. In each web series that we offer, the facilitators ask insightful questions and have the group play trivia games to connect with one another to build rapport. Our curriculum stems from the Social and Emotional Learning Competencies which are Self-Awareness, Social-Awareness, Responsible Decision Making, Self-Management, and Relationship Skills. We provide a safe space for participants to learn, grow, and thrive. We want them to have space where they can share their experiences with their peers, connect, discuss difficult topics all while fostering growth in their leadership skills. The web series will cost $149 per student.

Completion of Series

Participants will receive a Certificate of Completion after they complete an assessment that will be sent out via email after the last session. If you have questions about our online programs, contact Ashleigh Cook at [email protected].

Bridging the Gap Workshop

by jen March 7, 2021

Bridging the Gap

Workshop Description

So many times there is a “gap” between us and others. It may be because a conflict arises or because we see things differently. Regardless of this, what we do when we experience this gap with others can make all the difference in our relationships and how we navigate conflict.

In this workshop, teens will learn how to stand in that gap effectively and how to resolve conflict. You will also learn how to deal with the gap within ourselves and how to bridge that gap. We may feel stuck and may not be content with where we are and there may be a gap between where we are right now and where we want to be. We will also address breaking the habit of being hard on ourselves and beating ourselves up and instead of being compassionate with ourselves when we do something we regret.

This workshop will help you focus on attaining clarity of what you want and long for, and help you come up with specific strategies to meet your goals.

Facilitated by Eddie Zacapa

Eddie Zacapa is the co-founder of Life Enriching Communication (www.lecworks.org) and a certified trainer with the Center for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC).
