In May 2020, the National Teen Leadership Program is launching a web series
focused on leadership and mental health for teens.

Our four-week online program will cover leadership and mental health and will be facilitated in real-time. Participants will meet online as a group for their first meeting on Saturday, May 2nd at 11am. Then for the next four weeks, they will receive pre-recorded videos with instructions on an activity and each Saturday, they will meet at 11am to participate in a live guided debrief reviewing said activity. The facilitator will engage participants in thoughtful discussions where they will share ideas with the intent of learning from each other’s experiences while fostering growth in their leadership skills. The web series will cost $99 per student and includes five Saturdays, May 2nd to May 30th.

At the end of the four-week series, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion. Participants will learn to support themselves and the people around them, promote and incorporate coping skills during times of stress and anxiety, and practice the Social and Emotional Learning Competencies which include, but are not limited to self-awareness, social awareness, self-management, relationship skills, and responsible decision making. If you have questions about our new program, contact Ashleigh Cook at [email protected].
